1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website or engaging services provided by Cloud ERP Extension Tech Private Limited (trading as CEE TECH), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our formal Statement of Work (SOW) agreements.
2. Scope of Services
CEE TECH delivers customized ERP solutions, Oracle and SAP integration extensions, database middleware, process automations, and managed technical operations across India. All project scopes, delivery milestones, and SLA terms are executed under written commercial agreements.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless explicitly transferred under a client contract, all proprietary software frameworks, connectors, trademarks, and website content remain the intellectual property of Cloud ERP Extension Tech Private Limited.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and any commercial engagements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Prakasam District / Andhra Pradesh, India.
